2013 Mini Clubvan Owner's Manual

The MINI Cooper Clubvan is a front-wheel drive M-class van. The pre-production version of the Clubvan was shown at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2012, and already in June the production car premiered at the Goodwood Festival Of Speed.

One of the features of the Clubvan that the MINI pays attention to is the ability to place advertising inscriptions on the sides. Given that the van is designed for commercial use, a reminder of this fact is really useful. Just as useful is the fact that the floor and walls of the luggage compartment are upholstered with high-quality carpeting. There’s also a 12-volt outlet in the cargo area, and six loops for securing loads are hidden along the edge of the floor. The lower part of the bulkhead behind the front seats is made of aluminum profile, and the upper part (mesh) is made of stainless steel.

For all its capabilities, the Cooper Clubvan is quite compact. The length of the car is 3961 mm, its width is 1683 mm and height is 1426 mm. Distance between the axles – 2547 mm. The volume of the cargo compartment of the van is 860 liters. Its length is 115 cm and width in the narrowest place is 102 cm. Carrying capacity of the van is 500 kilograms.

The creators of the Clubvan, emphasizing in every way its belonging to the premium segment, simply had no right to deprive it of a numerous list of options, which include xenon, 16- or 17-inch alloy wheels, climate control, parktronic, navigator and so on. In addition, the van can be individualized, that is, equipped with sports seats, decorated with the original interior details, leather, and so on.

Under the hood, the MINI Cooper Clubvan hides a 1.6-liter gasoline “four” with an output of 122 hp, which makes this modification of the van the most dynamic. Up to 100 km/h the car with such “heart” accelerates in 9.8 seconds, consuming on average 5.5 liters of fuel per 100 km. The maximum speed is 201 km/h. By default, the engine is paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox.
