2013 Mini Countryman Owner's Manual

The short overhangs of the body and the high arrangement of the windows that surround the body form a familiar, but slightly increased in size, image. However, many characteristic MINI features are reinterpreted in the Mini Cooper Countryman. These include the hexagonal radiator grille, large front headlights on the hood, side turn indicators, wide wheel arches, framed colored rings speedometer and air deflectors, as well as vertically located blocks of rear lights.

The chassis of the MINI Cooper Countryman is similar to other MINI models, including a front axle with McPherson struts, a multi-lever rear suspension and an EPS electric power steering system that changes the degree of gain depending on driving speed.

The MINI Cooper Countryman is the first car in the MINI range with all-wheel drive.
