2015 Kia K900 Owner's Manual

But this is not all. Feature of the “nine hundred” is the presence of top-equipment from other manufacturers. Thus, the analog clock on the front panel is made by Maurice Lacroix, Swiss watchmakers. The ambient interior lighting is designed in collaboration with the American Pantone Color Institute, there are 64 colors and 7 “special” colors, which should be associated with the colors of nature. And the top-of-the-line 17-speaker stereo system with subwoofer is provided by audio brand Lexicon.
Powertrains for the KIA K900 in different markets are available in three, all gasoline-powered. This is the base atmospheric Lambda 3.8 V6 GDi engine with 315 hp, turbocharged V6 3.3 T-GDi, producing 370 hp, as well as the top-of-the-line atmospheric V8 5.0 GDi with 425 hp. All engines are paired with a classic eight-speed automatic, the drive is either rear or all-wheel drive (front axle connection via a clutch).
Front and rear multilever suspension is installed; air suspension is not available for this generation. It was replaced by electronically controlled shock absorbers. The claimed weight distribution over the axles is 50:50; the steering is with variable ratios. It is also possible to choose from several driving settings: Eco, Comfort, Sport and self-adjustable Custom.
As for passenger safety, it is ensured, among other things, by nine airbags and a number of electronic assistants: “smart” cruise control (Smart Cruise Control), blind spot monitoring system and assist when reversing, all-around view cameras and the possibility to switch on the rear view camera even when driving at speed.
