2015 Nissan Juke Owner's Manual

The main technical innovation of restyled Nissan Juke was that it got 1,2-liter turbocharged petrol unit giving out 115 hp of capacity and 190 Nm of torque as a base motor. It replaced the 117-horsepower 1.6-liter atmospheric engine. Thanks to the Start-Stop system, the new engine consumes on average only 5.5 liters of fuel. As for the other power units, the 1.6-liter turbocharged with 190 “horses” has undergone an upgrade to increase the compression ratio from 9.5 to 10.5, due to which the torque in the range up to 2000 rpm became higher. In addition, engineers managed to reduce friction losses and install a cooled exhaust gas recuperation system. And only the 1.5-liter 110-horsepower diesel engine has remained the same.
