2016 Cadillac Ats Owner's Manual

Under the hood of the Cadillac ATS Coupe can be equipped with a four-cylinder turbocharged 2-liter gasoline engine (272 hp and 400 Nm) or 3.6-liter “six” with direct injection, 325 hp of power and 373 Nm of torque. Both engines can be equipped with a six-speed automatic transmission, but the six-speed manual is available only with the 276-horsepower engine. The fastest version of the coupe accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.6 seconds.
We cannot say that the ATS Coupe looks like a formidable charged car, but we cannot deny the fact that its appearance is very stylish and dynamic. But the main thing is still hidden under the body, as Cadillac engineers paid a lot of attention to controllability of their child.
The Cadillac ATS’s engine lineup includes three direct-injection gasoline engines with variable valve timing on the intake and exhaust. The standard is a 2.5-liter “atmospheric” engine, giving 203 hp of power and 255 Nm of torque. The next in the hierarchy is a 2-liter turbocharged engine with 273 horsepower and 353 Nm, and at the top of the range is a 6-cylinder 3.6 liter engine. It produces 324 hp and 362 Nm of torque. Depending on the version, the engine can be Tremec TR3160 six-speed manual transmission or Hydra-Matic 6L45 six-band automatic transmission. All-wheel drive system is available only with the most powerful engine – 3.6-liter V6.
Production of the Cadillac ATS is set up at the Lansing Grand River plant in Michigan.
