Prado’s suspension is independent, with twin parallel A-arms in the front and dependent, with four longitudinal and one transverse – in the back. In the top configuration there is an adaptive suspension (AVS), which changes its characteristics depending on the type of coverage (rocks, gravel, snow, slippery mud).

Among the additional benefits can be noted the fact that the rear door of the Land Cruiser Prado 150 opens upward, not to the side. In addition, the rear window can be opened separately.
