The engine lineup of KIA Cerato hatchback consists of two units – 1.6-liter, producing 130 hp, and 2-liter with 152 “horsepower”. Both are petrol. Both are atmospheric. Paired with them can work as a 6-speed manual gearbox, as well as a 7-band “automatic”.

In some markets, the KIA Cerato is also known as the Forte and K3. The car is produced at the KIA plant in the South Korean city of Hwasung, as well as in Mexico.

The KIA Cerato is a front-wheel-drive C-class sedan. The restyled version of the third-generation model debuted in South Korea in November 2015, and in the U.S. version – in Detroit in January 2016.
