The MINI Cooper Countryman is a compact urban crossover with front or all-wheel drive. The world premiere of the second generation of the model took place at the Los Angeles Auto Show in November 2016.

Externally, the updated Cooper Countryman has not changed much, but acquired a more masculine and modern look. The body shape remained intact, while the bumpers, roof rails, grille, some trunk lid elements, and sill pads have been redesigned. The optics are now equipped with LED lights.

Countryman II became 200 mm longer than its predecessor, in turn the wheelbase was increased by 75 mm. This made the interior of the vehicle a little more spacious. The volume of the trunk also increased from 350 to 450 liters, and with the lowered seats of the second row this space increases to 1309 liters.
