The Ford Explorer is a K2-class SUV. The restyled version of the fifth-generation model debuted in November 2014 at the Los Angeles Auto Show.

The fifth-generation Explorer has been on the assembly line for a good five years without any changes, but sooner or later Ford had to update the model. Which, in fact, happened. The SUV received a new grille, redesigned front bumper and redesigned headlights. At the rear, only the taillights and spoiler were adjusted. As for the interior, almost everything remains the same. The only innovations are the use of better finishing materials and slightly modified center console.

By the way, there is an option Platinum with the most rich equipment, LED headlights, special 20-inch wheels, double sunroof, painted in silver bumper protective plates. And the owner of the Platinum version will find covered with perforated leather seats, decorative wood and aluminum inserts, heated leather steering wheel, digital dashboard, and a 500-watt Sony audio system.
