The Lincoln MKX is a K1-class crossover with front- or all-wheel drive. The world premiere of the production version of the model took place at the Detroit Auto Show in January 2015.

To start the story about the second generation of the MKX, perhaps we should start with the fact that Lincoln decided to make it not strictly American, but global. Even the concept model made its debut not in the States, but in Beijing, and even the production version has expanded geography on Canada, Mexico, South Korea and the Middle East. This list, judging by all appearances, is not final.

Externally MKX did not particularly surprise fans of the brand, as is executed in accordance with the corporate stylistics, however the design of the car anyway turned out more beautiful than its predecessor, though a little bit easier a concept. As to an interior, there, besides design, trim – leather, wood, metal reigns. And, certainly, MKX is rich in equipment. Depending on thickness of a purse one can count on LED headlights, adaptive cruise control, blind spot monitoring, lane following system, camera with 360-degree view, system of parking assistance and frontal collision prevention (at danger detection it will warn a driver, and in case of imminent impact it will automatically stop the car).
