The Lincoln MKT is a 6- or 7-seat “K3” class crossover with front or all-wheel drive. One of the largest cars in its class. A restyled version of the model debuted at the Los Angeles Auto Show in November 2011.

Lincoln MKT is built on a platform of Ford D4 with McPherson struts in the front suspension and “multilever” behind. The standard equipment of the crossover includes CCD (Continuously Controlled Damping) adaptive suspension, which monitors all the changes in road conditions with the help of special sensors and quickly makes changes to the settings. Measurements are taken with a frequency of 500 times per second. But this is not all technical features of the MKT. For extra charge, it can be equipped with Lincoln Drive Control system with three programmed modes – Normal, Comfort and Sport. Depending on conditions and mood, the driver can choose any of the modes at the touch of a button and influence numerous settings of the car.
