Different kitting offers quite a rich list of equipment. These are bi-xenon headlights, panoramic sunroof, heated steering wheel. In the “base” Ford Escape is equipped with the engine start button and rear view camera, and together with it in higher configurations it is possible to get rear parktronic. In addition, as in the previous model, the trunk lid can be opened by touching the rear bumper with your foot. Of course, it is important to remember the multimedia system Ford SYNC 3: now it is equipped with an 8-inch touchscreen, it can connect your phone via Android Auto and Apple CarPlay (and track, for example, tire pressure or fuel level via smartphone); there is an opportunity to command some functions of the system by voice. Escape also offers quite a few electronic assistants that make life easier for the driver: there’s a blind spot warning system, a lane-keeping system, adaptive cruise control with the ability to automatically brake and accelerate along with the flow. All of this is combined in the Ford Safe and Smart Package. In addition, the Enhanced Active Park Assist system will be able to park the car without any action on the part of the driver.
