2020 Kia Picanto Owner's Manual

Among the safety systems available for hatchback after the restyling there is a system of auto braking with recognition of cars and pedestrians, the system of centering in the strip, active blind spot monitoring and warning (with forced braking) when reversing.
As for the powertrains, they all belong to the Smartstream family after the restyling. The 1.0- and 1.2-liter atmospheric changed the fuel injection system to DPI, becoming more economical with unchanged power (67 hp and 84 hp, respectively). The 1.0-liter turbocharged T-GDI produces 100 hp and has fuel injection system at 350 bar. There is a choice of manual transmission or automated “mechanics” with a dry clutch (replaced the four-speed hydromechanics), both have five speeds.
The list of available equipment includes seven airbags, cruise control, rearview camera and rear parking sensors, heated front seats and steering wheel, climate control, and wireless charging for smartphone.
