2021 GMC Acadia Owner's Manual

The GMC Acadia is a K3-class SUV with front- or all-wheel drive. The second generation of the model premiered at the Detroit Auto Show in January 2016.

Tech. Under the hood of GMC Acadia now available 2-liter turbocharged engine capacity of 230 hp and torque of 350 Nm. The old 2.5 (194 hp, 258 Nm) and 3.6 (314 hp, 368 Nm) engines also remained in service. Transmission is the classic nine-speed automatic and front-wheel drive. Full (with rear axle clutch) is an option.

Having changed generations, the Acadia has been transformed beyond recognition. And it’s not just a completely redesigned exterior that made the car much more attractive, but also in its equipment, design, running gear, and so on. But let’s start with the visual features. Firstly, the Acadia has become more compact – 18 cm shorter, 9 cm narrower and 10 cm lower. This circumstance led to the fact that there is no 8-seat version anymore. Now the model can carry up to seven seats.
