Inside, modernization touched the steering wheel, the rim and the buttons which received a different design, the air deflectors, made in a different design, as well as the filling branded multimedia unit – 8.8-inch touchscreen display is now the basic equipment, and hard-buttons under it are replaced by touch. Optionally, an information display can be ordered instead of the analog instruments and, as before, you can choose from several interior design options (with different materials and colors of inserts on the dashboard and door cards).

The MINI hatchbacks are equipped exclusively with petrol engines after the restyling. These are the 1.5-liter three-cylinder motor (boosted to 75 hp, 102 hp or 136 hp) and the 2.0-liter four-cylinder (178 hp). All versions (except for 75 hp) can be equipped with both six-speed “manual” and preselective robotized transmission with two clutches. Drive is forward only.
