Already in the base crossover has a single set of active safety systems: Co-Pilot 360: emergency braking, road marking tracking, blind spot monitoring and adaptive light. Optional: adaptive cruise, lane-keeping, obstacle avoidance, auto-braking when reversing, and a full auto-parker (self-operated steering wheel, gas pedal, and transmission).

The Lincoln Corsair is currently equipped with two 2.0 (253 hp 373 Nm) and 2.3 (284 hp 420 Nm) EcoBoost gasoline engines. Both engines run with a non-alternative 8-speed torque converter. Drive, regardless of the chosen power plant can be either front or all-wheel drive (implemented by a multi-disc clutch switching the rear axle).
