2023 Toyota Tundra Owner's Manual

The Toyota Tundra is a K4 pickup truck with rear or all-wheel drive. The third generation of the model made its debut in February 2013 at the Chicago Auto Show.
As for the technical part, the third-generation Toyota Tundra received reconfigured suspension and steering. Changed and characteristics of shock absorbers, and calibration of springs (so even at full load the body of pickup preserved uniform horizontal position). Then came the aerodynamics. Remodeling of mirrors and taillights bodies allowed to reduce air flow around these elements. And another important improvement is that the noise insulation of the pickup became more effective. From now on, passengers will be much less annoyed by engine and transmission noise, tires and wind blowing.
Toyota Tundra has two power units. Both are petrol engines. The base engine is a 4.6-liter V8, giving 310 hp of power. The second one is the same configuration, but 5.7-liter, able to give 381 hp. Both units are paired with a six-speed automatic transmission.
Identifying the new generation of the Tundra is easy. It is enough to look at the grille, headlights, bumpers, wheel rims and taillights. Toyota’s designers redesigned all this to give the pickup a more modern look. But even more serious changes took place inside the cabin. It has changed literally beyond recognition, becoming much more comfortable. More expensive, so to say. It has happened not only due to the new trimming materials, but also due to the fact that Japanese have expanded the list of available equipment for each of kitting.
