The main features of the exterior design are elongated vertical forms of lights and tail lights (these elements can be considered a reference to the model ATS, where the main front and rear lights were made vertically), aggressive drawing of the front bumper with narrow main headlights, and also rapidly falling roof line with imperceptible transition in the trunk (which volume is 303 liters according to the EPA).

Saloon features are the classic sedan analog speed and revs scales (and the speedometer has a scale with the arrow dropped vertically downward), 8-inch touchscreen multimedia system in a separate trapezoidal frame, as well as a narrow long line of metal buttons with climate control functionality. Located on the central tunnel is the gear selector (in the most powerful version CT4-V – not fixed), a niche for wireless charging smartphone, cupholder, as well as a control unit for driving settings.
