Despite the fact that the Transporter was built on the former platform, engineers of the German company seriously upgraded it. In particular, the van, which can be both mono and all-wheel drive, allows installing adaptive DCC chassis with three modes. And in general, it should be noted that the equipment level of the minivan made not one, but two steps forward. The list of options includes even the equipment which is considered atypical for commercial vehicles. We are speaking about adaptive cruise control, which can stop the automobile on city speeds completely in case of need, automatic switching of distant light at approach with oncoming car, and a control system of descent from a hill.
