However, the main innovation restyled Ford Fiesta is not in adjusted appearance and a few additional systems, but in a seriously upgraded engine range. Since 2013 under the hood of Fiesta is installed a 1-liter gasoline “atmospheric” engine capacity of 80 hp, and also turbocharged unit with the same displacement, but giving 100 or 125 hp of power. Both engines are equipped with direct fuel injection and dual variable valve timing. In addition, there is a 1.25-liter gasoline engine producing 60 and 82 horsepower, and 1.6-liter 105 hp engine. Turbo-diesel engines are presented by 1.5-liter and 1.6-liter TDCi with 75 and 90 hp, respectively. The choice of transmissions is also extensive – from manual to pre-selective robotized.

Ford Fiesta is a front-wheel drive sedan of “B” class. The car, based on the sixth generation Fiesta, made its debut at the auto show in Sao Paulo in October 2012.
