The Lincoln Town Car is a rear-drive F1 luxury sedan produced from 1981 to 2011. The third and last generation of the model was put into production in 1997.

The third generation Town Car existed in two versions – standard and long wheelbase. In the first case, the wheelbase length was 2990 mm, in the second – 3142 mm. Overall dimensions also varied, but only by a few millimeters. The length of the largest version reached 5624 mm, width – 1994, and height – 1501 mm. Both front and rear suspensions are independent. Ventilated disc brakes are installed on all wheels. ABS, traction control and stabilization system are included in the basic package.
