Even the smallest Transit can carry cargo up to 3.1 meters long, 1.88 meters high and 1.78 meters wide. The width of the van, for obvious reasons, is the same for all modifications. The cargo volume that the van can take on board is exactly 10 cubic meters, which is about 10% more than the previous generation model allowed.

Inside the Transit, the creators of the van tried to use every inch of it with maximum benefit, providing a lot of boxes, niches, pockets and cup holders. The place under the ceiling is traditionally given under the shelf, where there is also a place for a radio and tachograph. The most original solution is the box in the visor of the dashboard, which houses, among other things, AUX and USB, as well as a second 12V socket.
