From a technical point of view there has been no change with the Sierra Regular Cub. It is still built on a platform with independent front suspension and asymmetric leaf springs at the rear. And still this car has good handling, comfort in motion and uncommon off-road abilities.

Under the hood of GMC Sierra Regular Cab can be installed one of the EcoTec3 engines – 4.3-liter V6, 5.3-liter V8, or 6.2-liter V8, producing 285, 355 and 420 hp (413, 519 and 1037 Nm of torque). The engines are paired with a six-speed or eight-speed automatic transmission. At the same time the most powerful version of the pickup, Denali, has a 6.6-liter turbodiesel V8 with 397 “horsepower” and 765 Nm of torque. With such a “heart” the pickup weighing more than three tons accelerates from a place to 100 km/h in 7.7 seconds.
