The Nissan GT-R is a G2 all-wheel-drive coupe built on the Premium Midship platform. The facelifted version of the model debuted at the Los Angeles Auto Show in November 2011.

Externally, the updated GT-R is virtually unchanged. Only a few details distinguish it from the restyled version. However, some innovations are noticeable in the cabin and in the packages. Tachometer now is highlighted with blue color, the same as the indicator of the selected gear, and in the list of equipment appeared a rearview camera and an audio system with subwoofers Bose Precision Sound System, previously available only in special versions.
