2019 Kia Niro EV Owner's Manual
Just as externally, the differences between the cars inside are in the details. Plug-in hybrid has a different design of the dashboard (instead of the tachometer on the left there is also an indicator of the nature of driving – charging, eco-driving and “not so” non-environmental mode; but the design of the display in the center is different), as well as blue trim around the deflectors. Otherwise, the hybrids are similar: in the center there is a touchscreen multimedia system (up to 8 inches), below there are multimedia control units (physical buttons) and climate control.
As for the practicality of the car, the backrest of the rear sofa can be folded in the ratio of 60:40. Behind a backrest there is less volume than in classic hybrid Niro (324 liters vs. 356 liters), and if to fold a sofa you’ll get 1322 liters of free space.
Kia Niro PHEV can be equipped with seven airbags (standard), LED headlight, driver’s seat with power (8 directions), upholstery of eco leather, ventilated front seats, dual-zone climate control, keyless entry and start the engine with a button, wireless charging for smartphone, rearview camera, navigation, audio system JBL with 7 speakers 320W.
Also available for the Niro PHEV is a fairly large package of electronic assistants: adaptive cruise control, automatic braking, blind spot monitoring, lane-keeping assistant, fatigue warning system.
