2023 Kia Niro EV Owner's Manual

KIA Niro EV (KIA Niro EV) is the second generation of the K1 class electric crossover. The premiere of the electric car took place in April 2022.

The predecessor of the electric Niro had two versions: with a 64 kWh and 39.2 kWh battery. In the second generation, KIA specialists decided to leave one – the oldest. Its battery was increased to a symbolic 64.8 kWh. As a result, the maximum mileage on a full charge has increased by 8 km and is full 463 km.

Dynamics of the crossover: 0-100 – 7.8 seconds; top speed – 167 km/h.

The appearance of the second generation Niro EV, as well as the gasoline version, continues the design philosophy of “Opposites United”. Yes, the same philosophy is inspired by nature. But there are still differences with the internal combustion engine version, namely the modified form of the branded “tiger face”.

There are no changes in the interior. The same lines, the same lighting, the same 10.25-inch multimedia screen and digital instrument panel.

However, the new Kia Niro EV has a 20-liter front boot, and the capacity of the rear boot has increased by 24 liters – up to 475 liters. For comparison, the new Niro Hybrid holds 451 liters of cargo, Niro PHEV – 348 liters.
