The KIA Niro Hybrid is a front-wheel-drive K1-class crossover with a hybrid powertrain. For the first time, the updated car was presented at the end of February 2019. But its public debut took place at the Geneva Motor Show in March of that year.

After the update, the Niro Hybrid, although it has retained its recognizability, has become more interesting and aggressive looking than its predecessor. This is due to the new bumpers with fog lights reminiscent of an arrowhead and redrawn “honeycomb” grille. The headlights have got other “stuffing”, and the simple hybrid has changed the design of the optional 18-inch wheels. Only 16-inch wheels are available for the supercharged version.

There are changes in the interior as well. The front fascia, in addition to being made of more expensive and high-quality materials, has changed slightly in shape. In the center now is not only an 8-inch multimedia display but also a 10.25-inch widescreen touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support, below which are now located the central air vents (previously they were on the sides). Bring restyling KIA Niro and a virtual combination of instruments, which now displays much more relevant information. However, the former analog instruments will remain for the base version. Other innovations are the electric handbrake with Auto-Hold function and two-tone interior trim.
