2019 Kia Picanto Owner's Manual

The Kia Picanto is an A-class front-wheel drive hatchback, also known as the Morning. The third-generation model premiered at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2017.

The main task of the design centers in Namyang (Korea) and Frankfurt (Germany) was to give the KIA Picanto subcompact a youthful and dynamic image. Despite the recognizable appearance, the hatchback body became more angular, the hood has increased in length, the bumpers have changed their architecture, and outdated optics have been replaced by modern instruments with diode filling. For those who want to stand out from the crowd even more, the GT Line version is available with an aggressive sporty bodykit, a rear spoiler and large wheels of signature design. Built on a new platform, the car became longer than its predecessor and its overall dimensions L/W/H now are 3595/1595/1485 mm respectively, the wheelbase also increased to 2400 mm. Due to this the boot space increased from 200 to 255 liters, and with the folded backrests this figure reaches 1010 liters (+140 liters). At the same time both four- and five-seat modifications are available, the first ones are equipped with rear sofa with two headrests and safety belts instead of three.
