The Volkswagen Golf GTI is a sporty version of the front-wheel drive C-class hatchback. The presentation of the facelifted version of the seventh generation of the model took place at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2017.

The manufacturer decided not to make significant changes to the restyled version of the seventh generation, instead focusing entirely on the creation of a fundamentally new eighth version, which will appear only in a couple of years. Visually “charged” Golf did not change much, designers slightly revised front bumper, exhaust pipes and grille. Also the filling of the headlights has been changed and now it is fully diode.

Concerning the interior design the updated Golf GTI has got 12.3-inch display instead of a mechanical dashboard. Besides the monitor of multimedia system is 9.2 inches. The list and the quality of the interior materials are also changed for the better.
