Already in basic configuration Canyon Regular Cub is very well equipped. The list of equipment for the comfort and safety of passengers includes a multimedia navigation system, ABS, stabilization system, all kinds of sensors, airbags and so on. In addition, the buyer always has the opportunity to choose trim materials and their color, as well as to equip their pickup with equipment from an impressive list of options.

The Canyon Regular Cab powertrain lineup includes three gasoline engines. The 2.9-liter inline four delivers 185 hp and 258 Nm of torque, the 3.7-liter inline five has 242 horsepower and 328 Nm, and the 5.3-liter V8 has 300 hp and 434 Nm. The engines can work with a 5-speed manual gearbox and 4-band automatic transmission.

The GMC Canyon is produced at General Motors plants in the U.S., Thailand and Brazil. Its twin brother is also known as Chevrolet Colorado.
